At Organic Oasis, we put quality first in every step of production to ensure our customers receive the best organic products. Our replacement, return, and refund policies reflect our commitment to your satisfaction. These policies apply only to purchases made directly on our official website, www.organicoasis.co.in, and do not extend to offline or third-party platform purchases.

📩 How to Initiate a Request:
Email us at organicoasis.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange, return, or refund.

🔄 Replacement Policy

Replacement is possible in these cases:

  • In-Transit Damage 🚚💥: Report damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Shelf Life Concerns 📅: If the product has less than 50% of its shelf life remaining and is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Quality Issues 🕵️‍♂️: Subject to evaluation by our quality control team.

Important Note:
The product must be returned to be eligible for a replacement. Replacements without the return of the original item are not permitted.

Replacement is NOT allowed for:

  • Expired products.
  • Used products.

🚫 Return Policy

Non-Returnable Policy:
Most products are delivered on a non-returnable basis. Returns are only allowed for incorrect or damaged products.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted in these cases:

  • Quality Issues or Order Cancellation: Refunds may be issued through E-vouchers, gift cards, or direct transfers to the customer’s bank account.
  • E-Vouchers: Can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
  • Bank Transfers: Processed within 7-8 business days after quality checks.

Key Refund Points:

  • Refunds will only be made to the bank account of the original customer.
  • No Cash Refunds for COD orders.
  • Refunds start only after the returned item is received by us. If self-shipped items are lost in transit, a refund will not be provided.
