π Replacement, Return & Refund Policy
π± Replacement Policy:
We offer product replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged Products in Transit: If your product is damaged during delivery, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the item. ππ₯
- Short Shelf Life: If the product has less than 50% shelf life remaining, report it within 24 hours of delivery. β³
- Quality Issues: If there is any quality concern, our internal quality control team will verify the issue after evaluating the product. π
Important: The product must be returned to initiate a replacement. Without a return, a replacement will not be provided. π
π« No Replacement in the Following Cases:
- Expired Products: No replacements will be made for expired items. β³β
- Used Products: Used products are not eligible for replacement. π
π Return Policy:
- Non-returnable Products: All products are delivered on a non-returnable basis.
- Return Allowed Only for Incorrect/Damaged Products: Returns are allowed only if the product is incorrect or damaged during delivery. π¦π¨
π° Refund Policy:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Quality Issues or Order Cancellation by the Company.

Refund Methods:
- E-Vouchers/Gift Cards: Refunds can be processed as E-vouchers or gift cards, which can be used on your next purchase within the validity period. π
- Bank Account Transfer: Refunds to the customerβs bank account will be processed within 7-8 business days, subject to successful quality checks. π¦
Please Note: Refunds will be processed only to the customerβs bank account. The name on the refund request must match the bank account holder's name. π€
- No Cash Refunds for COD Orders. π«π΅
- Lost Shipments: Refunds will only be initiated once we physically receive the returned product. If the item is lost in transit after the customer self-ships it, no refund will be issued. π¦β
